Catering Services

All meals and refreshments for The Elms are prepared by our highly-professional and well-qualified in-house team based at Trent College. This department caters for everything from pupils' lunches to the spectacular Trent College Summer Ball. The department is committed to the provision of food of the highest standard, complying with all food safety and hygiene legislation, good practices, guidance notes and codes of practices issued by the various authorities and the catering industry. We operate a four week menu system, changed each term, which provides a wide range of nutritionally-sound meals and endevours to cater for all tastes and dietary requirements. Pupils who have special diets such as coeliac or who have allergies are encouraged to contact us and staff are always available to advise on ingredients and preparation of the food on offer.
