Support for Charity

This year The Elms PSA has chosen to support FAMILY CARE, a Nottingham based charity supporting families in need. This year they are running a fundraising initiative called Project 40 stars, and our aim is to make a donation of £1000 to sponsor a star. The Children of Honduras Trust (the Valley of the Angels Orphanage) receives our donations of old uniforms, along with outgrown black school shoes and other clothing and shoes. For more information visit www.chtrust.org.uk 

 

Supporting the school

The PSA use some of any profits made to support the school in non-academic activities, usually by donating equipment or sponsoring extra-curricular activities.

Examples of these have included sports tour shirts, team shirts, webcams to help with ICT lessons and also animation club and film making.  Outside play equipment for the infants

This year the PSA is donating money for playground game markings in the Upper Elms outdoor play areas.
