I believe that The Elms delivers a first rate education to the children who come here.

The size and shape of our school is a clear testament to the high esteem in which our parents and the wider community regard The Elms. Our focus is very much on the individual child, recognising their talents and interests, and working with

parents to release this potential within the context of a caring and responsible school community.

Our high academic standards are achieved through nurturing the social and emotional needs of our children. We have a large and dedicated team of talented teachers and classroom assistants, who are supported by specialist music, drama, languages and sport staff, all of whom contribute to the wide and enriching curriculum on offer to children at The Elms. During 2007-08, we will be enhancing our already excellent facilities by adding new classrooms, a new library, new nursery facilities, a new technology area and a stunning new dining area.
